The only bad workout is the one that didnt happen

Healthy fitness has been proven to improve physical, mental, emotional and social health.  Physical activity helps to burn calories and make our bodies stronger.  It also helps prevent diseases and illnesses, improves mood, boosts energy and promotes better sleep habits.   Exercise is something we are told that we need to do every day, but who wants to do jumping jacks for 30 minutes a day. Intense workouts are not necessary to have a healthy lifestyle.  Making simple choices will make a difference.  Use the stairs instead of an elevator.  Park in the back of the parking lot to walk further to get to the store.  Go outside to play instead of sitting down to watch a movie.  Healthy fitness choices will make you feel better all around.
