Habits are defined as a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up. Since they in definition are hard to give up, it is important to learn good habits as soon as possible to avoid falling into bad habits. Healthy habits create benefits for you physically, mentally and emotionally.  They improve your overall well-being and will make you feel good.  While healthy habits can be challenging to develop, once you do develop them you will have a healthier life.  Once you have those healthy habits in place, it will be easy to maintain because you will no longer find them challenging.
